My name is Sandra and I manage this residence with my family from the first opening after renovation. I love summer, the sun, the sea even though summer is the time when I see it less. I like to cook (with a preference for sweets) and listening to music.

Family-run 2-star residence, dedicated to families. Recently renovated with the possibility of 24h access with magnetic key, forget about time constraints and enjoy a carefree family holiday. We offer furnished studio and two-room apartments, with equipped kitchen and first supply of sheets and towels, all equipped with air conditioning with thermostat and wi-fi connection. All services for babies are free (to be requested when booking): cot, changing table, high chair, booster seat, set of washable plastic plates, stroller. The large play area is a paradise for children of all ages, with a large blackboard with colored chalk and games of all kinds; less electronics, more creativity. You will find that not only the bad days will pass faster, but also with good weather and in the evening you will be able to entertain them. There is also a small library for adults and children. All the apartments have at least a small balcony or terrace but if that weren't enough, on the second floor there is a large common terrace with tables and chairs, ideal for a quiet evening under the stars (and maybe a pizza). You will also find the solarium with sunbeds to sunbathe without having to go to the beach. The services are completed by the laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and dryer, the ironing room with iron and ironing board with separate boiler.

The excellent location allow yourself to have nearby all the services such as supermarket, bar / bakery, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacy, church, hairdresser, florist, and of course the beach promenade and the beach for a relaxing stroll. Area served by public transport to all types of movement to visit Rimini, Riccione, Cattolica, San Marino, we are not far from a small railway station and airport of Rimini. On rainy days you can reach the nearby shopping center with multiplex cinema. For those traveling with children, you can spend a day of fun at the nearby Fiabilandia park, themed Large outdoor playground with many attractions such as the castle of Merlin the magician, the mine in the old west, the galleon of Captain Hook, moored in an artificial lake that can be crossed with the typical American ferry boat.
