Please note reception is open daily from 09:00 to 19:00. The staff can be contacted by telephone 24-hour and will be at the premises in 10 minutes if needed.
After booking you will receive an access code, granting access to the premises 24 hours a day.
If you arrive before 12:00 you can store your luggage even if the room should not be ready. After checking out you can also store your luggage at reception until your actual departure time.
The residence is located in a restricted-traffic area. Please contact the management if you intend to arrive by car, and you will receive all the details on the correct route.
