The residence has a private driveway access. It is divided into two floors: - On the ground floor we have a large living room with fireplace, TV area and WIFI; a dining room with a modern kitchen equipped with a 5-burner stove, dishwasher, washing machine and multi-function oven; an exclusive bathroom; an important porch with a beautiful view surrounded by greenery. - On the upper floor there are three rooms: a main double bedroom with a balcony bed and a fine master bathroom; a double room combined with the main one with access to the master bathroom; a second double bedroom with access to the second bathroom. The house is rented from March 1 to November 30, with an extraordinary opening during the week of Verona in Love, during Valentine's Day. In March April, May, June, September, October, November, we accept bookings of at least 3 nights; July and August it is possible to rent it only for a minimum of 6 nights, with arrival and departure on Saturday. Guests who book have access to the whole: the living area on the ground floor (kitchen, dining room, veranda, bathroom, living room), while the available rooms (with their own bathroom) will depend on the number

The residence is located in Ponti sul Mincio( MN) Località Ulivi. Località Ulivi is a small village of Ponti sul Mincio, a town in the province of Mantua surrounded by flourishing cultures, consisting of three distinct properties. The resort is accessed by taking a white road from the provincial road to Pozzolengo. The property is called FONDO ULIVI and is the first one to be found on the road, it extends for 30,000 square meters, with old trees and it is possible to walk among 600 olive trees and a flourishing vineyard. In the property there are three separate and independent villas, one of which is RESIDENZA FONDO ULIVI, the other two are inhabited by the owners Località Ulivi is 500 meters from Ponti sul Mincio. Besides the beauty of the accommodation, the residence has a strategic geographical position as it is located on the border between two regions of Lombardy and Veneto and on the ridge between three fabulous cities of art: Mantua, Verona, Brescia; three kilometers from the southern shore of Lake Garda. For the 2021 season, a tourist tax will be applied, as per legislation, which will be paid directly on site.
