Modern apartments in the heart of Santa Margherita Ligure, a few steps from the beach. These apartments, located in a building with an elevator, have been recently renovated with fresh and modern furnishings. All of them include a living area and a fully-equipped kitchen. At guests' disposal amenities such as free wifi, iron, air conditioning and heating. *Please note that the Apartment and the One-Bedroom Apartment do NOT come with outdoor spaces. *These apartment are located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

Neighbourhood information

Santa Margherita Ligure is located on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, in a closed basin in the northwestern part of the Portofino promontory, and in the inner part of the Tigullio Gulf. The center, located east of Genoa, is surrounded by hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation with views of the so-called "Costa dei Delfini", which links the city to Portofino. The town is a well-known seaside resort on the Riviera di Levante. Part of the municipal territory of Santa Margherita Ligure is included in the Regional Natural Park of Portofino.
