I allow only a partial use of it: fridge and microwaves, not possible to cook MARVELLOUS LOCATION in front of lake Maggiore the palace, front green hills the room; in area very close to Arona city. The conditioning air is only in the living room, in the room there are two fans. OK for a small size dog if well polite. When you go out, you have to come back within midnight, but I can consider some exceptions on your demand. To notice: With a vision of friendly reception, the room that I make available to the subscribers concerning year 2022, is entrusted by me to guests on "loan for use" for furniture, objects and utilities, with a partially onerous basis (reimbursement of fees); therefore, according the art. 1803 italian C.Code, the person who books accepts, just through the reservation , this type of agreement. ARONA: nice walks on the lake's shore, many shops and restaurant in the city, beaches on the lake, street market. STRESA: three amazing small islands in the core of the lake; rich of green areas, ancient buildings, promenades.... ANGERA: a beautiful castle, green fields and trips on the boat. SESTO CALENDE: a nice city along Ticino river. POMBIA: a great "Safari park" with a lot of exotic animals, and game-water areas. MILANO: a very great town at 60 km. from here. Many monuments to visit, elegant streets, shops and buildings. Frequent trains to reach it.
