An oasis of peace surrounded by the green countryside of Noto, this farmhouse has 7 bedrooms spread over ground floor and annex. With a swimming pool laid to, feel refreshed everytime you take a dip. In the capital of the Baroque, whose historic center was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2002. A few km from the sea and from beautiful cities such as Syracuse and Ragusa. An ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday, with its splendid Mediterranean garden and the distance from the chaotic city center will allow you to enjoy the warm Sicilian sun and to switch off reading a book in one of the many shaded patios created with care and elegance. Large kitchen and a spacious living room will let you allgather, relax, cook and enjoy. Owner of the villa has a farmhouse consisting carob and almond trees, which can be visited after request, he will also take care of the maintenance of the garden and pool. Fontanarossa Catania is 88 km away. Optional Utilities & Service Package An optional utilities and service package of EUR 250,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it. This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay. Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
