Typical semi-detached and completely renewed country house located in Bardolino, in a quiet suburb called “Modena”, about 2 km from the historic center and the lake. Restaurants, shops and supermarkets are approximately 2 km far. From Monday to Saturday, the municipal bus shuttle is available to reach the center of Bardolino. The country house Petra has two floors and once entered you will find a large living area with a decorative fireplace (not in use), double sofabed, big dining table for 8 people, satellite TV and air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchenette with big fridge, gas stove, dishwasher and oven. Bathroom with window and shower box. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms: a double bedroom with a large wardrobe and two bedrooms with a single bed and a pull-out bed, air conditioning, elegant bathroom with a shower and an integrated whirlpool tube. All windows have mosquito nets. Elegant and valuable elements such as marble flooring and stone walls give great charm to the home. Covered outdoor parking for one car and a small garden furnished with a gazebo, table and chairs at guests disposal. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking apartment. In 2025, a house will be renovated behind Rustico Petra, so some noise may be heard during the day.
