For our family, the pleasure of welcoming those who want to visit Venice and sharing their love for this city has ancient roots. Already my grandfather, Antonio Samo, tenor at the Gran Teatro La Fenice for over 30 years, hosted his colleagues who came to perform at the theatre. More than 70 years have passed since then and many memories have remained. My mother, Laura Samo, continued this family tradition and still hosts tourists in her birthplace, Cà San Silvestro. Now me, Leonardo, and my wife, Mariana, continue in this tradition as third generation with the apartment in central Venice "Le Pizzocchere" opened in May 2022 and "San Felice", opened in April 2023. Our commitment is to make your stay a pleasant memory, for this reason we try to maintain very high standards of cleanliness and supply the apartment with the latest generation and excellent quality accessories, to make you feel at home.

Venice can be reached by public transport in 20 minutes. The bus stop is 50 meters from the apartment. The central location allows you to be 70 km from Cortina D'Ampezzo and the Dolomites, 30 km from Padua, 10 km from the Brenta Riviera, and then Verona, Vicenza, Asolo ... all of the Veneto region within easy reach of a day trip.
