The fully air-conditioned apartment consists of a double bedroom with a canopy bed in finely chiseled sandalwood, a bathroom with shower, a large and bright living room-kitchen characterized by large windows completely overlooking the sea from which it is a few meters away, parking private (small car) and free wi-fi (available only from 1st May to 31st October) You can smell the scent of the sea that wets the black tip in front of the entrance to the house and enjoy the sunset sun comfortably seated at the table on the covered balcony also equipped with comfortable awnings. The entire historic center and the beaches of the island can be reached on foot or by car in a few minutes.

The apartment is located in the Padule area considered the most famous of the island and directly overlooks the black tip coast enjoying an incomparable sea view.
