Located just 450 meters from the beach, 300 meters from the nearest supermarket, and 100 meters from the S'Arena Beach Hotel & Restaurant, where you can enjoy a large swimming pool. At night, experience the tranquility and indulge in star gazing. It's the home away from home where you have everything you need. Facilities: - 1 double bedroom (mattress of 160cm wide) with an office desk and office chair. - 1 bedroom (2 single mattresses of 90cm wide) that can be adjusted into one bed (side by side mattresses) or 2 single beds (one on the floor and the other above), baby cot available on request. - living room with an extendable sofa bed, TV, Internet, Netflix - kitchen with large fridge, induction hub, microwave, dishwasher, Lavazza coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cuttlery, pans with lids, bin bags and everything you need in a kitchen. - bathroom with 7kg Samsung washing machine, hot water, toilet paper, toiletteries What's Included: - 2 Private Gardens: facing sunrise & sunset with 2 sun beds, garden furniture with 3m umbrella, swing, children play house & toys - For the Beach: 1 umbrella, 2 beach chairs - Parking: 1 car parking in front of the villa - Internet, Netflix, Air Conditioning in each room - Bathroom: toilet paper, toileteries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel), cleaning supplies Additional costs (to be paid at check-in): - towels & cleaning fee (60Eur)/stay. For stays longer than 7 days, towels and sheets are changed weekly at no extra charge. La Caletta has multiple restaurants and mini markets, local shops, children entertaining and night shops. There's a shuttle bus from Olbia Airport and a long beach with restaurants, toilets and sun beds. Multiple villas like Serendipity are available for bigger parties.
