Property information

The apartment is a three-room unit located on the raised ground floor of a modern condominium to get in the apartment there’s just a short staircase. It consists of a living room equipped with all necessary appliances, a table for four, a sofa, and a television. There is also a balcony overlooking the communal garden. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a bidet, and a bathtub with a shower. Outside the building there’s a tennis court and a pool area that’s accessible from April to September and wearing a swimming cap is obligatory.

Neighbourhood information

The house is a one-minute drive from exit 3 (Settimo Milanese) of the western ring road (A50). It is a five-minute drive from the toll booth for the A4 highway (Milan-Turin). It is 500 meters from an Esselunga supermarket.
