Three bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to 6 guests, with direct access under the house to the beach of Sos Dorroles. The accommodation, carefully studied in detail, is equipped with air conditioning in each room, washing machine and a covered veranda with a magnificent sea view at 180 degrees. Private parking in private street with access with automatic barrier. All the comforts to fully enjoy the sea and the sun of one of the most beautiful places in the Gulf of Orosei! House rules: - To access to the house, you will need to register all guests through an online process. Guests will have to upload their identity documents and sign the short lease as required by Italian law. - In all Sweet Home Sardinia homes we are committed to proper waste sorting. It will be mandatory to follow the instructions that will be sent at the beginning of your stay. Proper sorting and waste disposal is the responsibility of guests, alternatively you can request the disposal service with a supplement. - It will be mandatory follow the condominium regulations, please maintain a behavior that does not disturb the other residents of the building. - Unidentified persons are not allowed into the home. -The price includes all operating costs (electricity, water, gas), initial set of sheets and towels, initial set that includes a roll of toilet paper, a set of envelopes for the separate collection, hand soap and dish soap.
