Spacious 130 square meter apartment located in the basement with high ceilings and lots of airy and bright windows. Very close to the vaporetto stop and with a pleasant walk on Viale di Santa Maria Elisabetta you can reach the sea and the Film Festival. Simple apartment but equipped with the necessary. Outdoor area with table and chairs shared with the other guests
