The apartment is located in Opera, just outside Milan, in a quiet, green area only a few minutes from Humanitas, IEO (European Institute of Oncology), Scalo Milano Outlet, and the Forum in Assago — perfect for those seeking comfort and peace close to the city. The room is bright and equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning via portable unit, cable TV, and access to Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+ to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. The portable air conditioner is available during the warmer months and, like many similar devices, can produce a noticeable vibration noise when set to high power. Despite this, it effectively regulates the temperature to provide maximum comfort. During milder periods, you can simply open the windows to naturally refresh the room. The room features blackout curtains and shutters to ensure optimal rest, even during the day. The space includes bed linen, blankets, a desk with a workspace, a wardrobe, and an iron for any needs. The private bathroom is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, and a hairdryer to make your stay comfortable. Important note: the bathroom is for the exclusive use of guests but is not inside the room — it is located just outside the door, in the hallway. You can see the layout in the photos. Guests have exclusive use of the room and bathroom, and can also freely use the shared spaces: a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and two balconies. The apartment is shared only with me and my two calm and reserved cats. They do not enter the guest room. Free street parking is available.
