If you are looking for peace, tranquility and amazing views, this is the place for you. The apartment is spacious and clean with breathtaking mountain views. Perfectly situated for hiking, white water rafting, horse-riding and skiing. Aosta old town is a 30 minutes drive with bars, cafes and restaurants and shops. Local supermarkets are also nearby. Due to the very quiet and peaceful location, guests will need a car. The open plan lounge is comfortable and welcoming with a log fire, TV and DVD player and games available for guests to play. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen is fully furnished with small oven, hobs, microwave and air-fryer and all utensils needed during your stay, The master bedroom has access to the balcony as well as from the lounge. The bathroom has shower, toilet, bidet and sink. Towels and bedding are also provided. There is also a mountain facing garden and BBQ area which guests are welcome to use. Free parking is available directly outside of the property. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please be aware that the Council of Valley De Aosta offices have a tourist tax of 1.5 euro per person, per night - payable at the property. Great skiing is available at nearby Pila, Courmayeur and La Thuile. With Cervinia (glacier skiing) approx. 1hour 30 minutes away. Heli skiing, cross country skiing is also available. Hiking, white water rafting and horse-riding are also available in the locality. Aosta is well known for its gastronomic delights and has an amazing, wide range of options. The Pre St Diddier Thermal Spa is approximately 50 minutes away and is highly recommended, they also have evening sessions available.
