Toscolano is located on the west shore of Lake Garda, 10km north of Salò. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance of the house, and a park with children's playground is only 100 meters away. Lake Garda is an easy 10 minute walk (800m) to the beaches which have bars and restaurants. The villa is located in the centre of town and many shops and restaurants are within walking distance of the house. A bus stop is located nearby with regular services going North and South along Lake Garda. There is also a regular tourist road train that runs through the village. The car ferry to Torri del Benaco on the other side of the lake is at Maderno, 2km from the house.
