The staff is made by our family, and after the purchase of the property in 2006, with passion has expanded the farm and created the farmhouse. The restoration included the use of materials with low environmental impact. All apartments have air conditioning, flat screen TVs and kitchen facilities.

The farm is located in two renovated farm houses and other outbuildings converted into accommodation. We have four mini apartments, for 2 or 4 people, the Wellness Center with Jacuzzi and sauna, reception, where you can have a lot of information about places to visit, horses and cashmere goats, the sheep dog Loulou, peacocks, the small community feline with Agostino and Pallino, the olive grove and woods.

The farm is located in a lush of interesting places to visit, both naturalistic and historic-artistic. The village of Calvi dell'Umbria (Carbium in the ancient Roman times), is called "Porta Felice dell'Umbria", as it marks the transition from Latium to Umbria. Noteworthy is the Ursuline Monastery and the Church of Santa Brigida, whose facade was designed by Ferdinando Fuga (the architect of the Quirinale in Rome). Poggio di Otricoli, visible from our farmhouse, is the ancient Castrum Podii Medii, fortified medieval town perched on a high hill, observer of the steps of the people between the territories ... in mid-July of every year, there are the "Days medieval ", when the village comes alive with people in costume, falconers, belly dancers, minstrels, shops and stalls to relive the atmosphere of that time, at the shadow of the tower of the fortress and of the medieval houses perfectly preserved.
