Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, the rocky mountains of Gratteri and a breathtaking view over the entire gulf, the villa has all the comforts to become your special refuge and immerse you in one of the most suggestive areas of western Sicily enjoying total relaxation and the beauty that surrounds you. Some rules: It is necessary to inform Tenute Lomasi in advance of your expected arrival time by entering this information in the Special Requests box when booking, or by contacting the property using the contact details in the booking. Important: Upon arrival, you will still need to present VALID documents for all guests. To avoid delays, we suggest sending a photo of the documents to the above contact details. A security deposit of Eur 500.00 is required to be paid in advance in cash upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out after checking the condition of the accommodation. Upon check-in, you will be asked to pay for your entire stay so that, upon check-out, you will have returned the deposit previously paid. For your car, you will have access to the parking inside the property. Special Requests are subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge. If the guest does not take possession of the accommodation on the scheduled day without communicating the delay, the reservation will be considered canceled and no refund is due. If the TENUTE LOMASI property is forced to cancel the reservation, it will be the property's responsibility to immediately notify the guest, refunding the amount paid or, if possible, proposing an alternative accommodation. No responsibility will be assumed for cancellations due to force majeure.
