Equipped with high-speed internet connection. Private parking is available right next to the apartment's entrance gate. LIVING AREA Upon entering, you will be welcomed by a bright and spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or for retreating during the hottest hours. The living room also includes a dining table and a 42” Smart TV for your entertainment moments. From the living room, you can directly access the panoramic terrace, where you'll find a table and outdoor chairs, ideal for alfresco dinners with a breathtaking view of the Argentario sea. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals: - oven - refrigerator - espresso machine - washing machine While cooking, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea that makes every moment special. SLEEPING AREA The sleeping area consists of two cozy bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a comfortable bed with a sea view, allowing you to wake up to the spectacular view of Porto Santo Stefano. The second bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds and a work desk, perfect for those who need to study or work even on vacation. The bathroom, located between the two bedrooms, features a spacious shower box, sink, toilet, and all the necessary comforts for your stay.
