The highlight of The Beekeeper is the 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲, fully equipped with a dining area with a BBQ, a lounge area, and a 𝘀𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀. From the terrace, you can enjoy sweeping views of the fields and hills of the Parma countryside. Apart from the neighboring house, there are no other buildings nearby, ensuring total privacy. Stepping in, you’ll find a welcoming living room with a TV and a 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗳𝗮-𝗯𝗲𝗱. The bedroom is filled with natural light, thanks to the large window that spans the entire wall. It features a 𝟭𝟲𝟬 𝗰𝗺 𝗯𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗮𝗺 𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿 and a desk, perfect for laptop working. Connected to the bedroom is a roomy walk-in closet. The bathroom features a spacious shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is large, bright, and fully equipped with everything you might need, making it perfect even for longer stays. Access to the property is through the private terrace, which you reach by climbing a flight of stairs (12 steps) from the courtyard. The Beekeeper is located in a residential neighborhood of Basilicanova, 𝗮 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹, 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟬 𝗸𝗺 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗮. The villa sits at the edge of the village, giving the terrace beautiful views over the open fields. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮 where you can leave your vehicle, and next to it, a park with sports equipment. Nearby, 𝗮 𝗽𝗲𝗱𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 — and within few minutes, leads you to an ancient mill, now home to a premium restaurant. Basilicanova is small but offers many local shops for food and other needs. There’s also an award-winning Parmesan dairy, "Caseificio Basilicanova". All businesses are clustered around the central square, just a five-minute walk from the villa. Ideally located between Parma and the hills, Basilicanova is the perfect base for exploring both the city and the countryside. City bus 12 connects the town to Parma, but to make the most of your stay, we recommend arriving with your own transportation — whether by car, motorbike, or bicycle. You can be in the center of Parma within 15 minutes, to enjoy its monuments, events, charming shops, lively cafés, and top-tier restaurants. But it’s the countryside that will surprise you: with short drives, you can discover 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗧𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗮𝗿𝘂𝗴𝗼𝗹𝗼, breathtaking landscapes, excellent restaurants.
