The open-plan kitchen is modern and fully equipped, enhanced by decorative panels and a wooden breakfast bar with stools — perfect for a quick bite or a relaxed aperitivo. The living room is tastefully furnished with a sofa bed, pastel-toned armchairs, a pouf, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV. Large windows and high ceilings fill the space with natural light, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere, ideal for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms, both featuring comfortable beds and spacious wardrobes. One of the rooms stands out for its mirrored walls, which enhance the light and sense of space, while the other offers a more classic, elegant style. There are two modern bathrooms. The first, located in the living area, includes all standard fixtures and a shower. The second, near the bedrooms, adds a bold design touch: a large walk-in shower with a striking mosaic of two colorful toucans set against elegant gold and black tiles, turning it into a true statement space. Self check-in is provided for this apartment. Thanks to the electronic lock and accesses that we will send you before your arrival, you will be able to enter independently from 3:00 pm on the day of check-in. You will only need your smartphone with your active Internet connection. If you wish to be greeted in person instead, please let us know at the time of booking. This service has an additional charge and is available from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Self check-out is by 11:00 am on the day of departure
