Hello, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The person in charge of check-in will contact you on the telephone number indicated in the reservation to organize your arrival directly with you. He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can arrive on time on site. If you have requests, need information or emergencies during your stay you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check-in and we will give you the help you need. Check out will normally be by 10 am. ATTENTION: -We CANNOT issue INVOICES or any type of receipt. -THE PARKING SPACE HAS LIMITED SIZE and it may be possible to have to maneuver to enter and exit the garages. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax From JANUARY 1, 2025, the municipality of Chiavari applies a tourist tax of 1.00 euros/day per person (up to 7 nights) all year round, which will be collected separately. Minors up to the age of 12 are exempt. From October 2025, the amount will become 1.50 euros according to the decision of the Municipality of Chiavari. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask for 20 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Animals: we usually accept small animals and ask for 5 euros per night for each animal. 4) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often permitted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EURO to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check-in before 15.00). Large apartment located in Chiavari, 500 meters from the seafront and a few minutes walk from the historic center and the train station, ideal for your holidays in the Gulf of Tigullio. In addition to visiting Chiavari, from here with short trips you can reach the other locations of Tigullio, such as Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligure, Sestri Levante, Moneglia, up to the Cinque Terre in about an hour. There is free WI FI, AIR CONDITIONING and private GARAGE. Located on the fourth floor of six of a building with a lift, the apartment opens onto an entrance that leads to a living area with a dining table, a double sofa bed, a pouf that can be transformed into a single bed and a TV. Behind it there is a kitchen, which can be open to the living area or closed through a sliding door. The kitchen is complete and equipped with everything you may need during your stay to store, prepare and consume meals. The total number of beds in the house is seven: in addition to the sofa bed and the pouf, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and wardrobe and one with two single beds and a chest of drawers. In all the rooms you will find various bookcases, a symbol of the owners' passion for reading, with books available for you to relax during your holidays. Our rules on using the bookcases are as follows: 1) You can read the books you want, treating them with respect and then putting them back in their place at the end of your holiday! 2) You can also take a book away as long as you leave one of yours! The book you leave must be in good condition (avoid leaving books with missing pages or ruined books). Do not leave magazines in general. Do not leave books for adults only. The garage is suitable for medium-sized cars. If your car is too large, you can use the free public parking lots in the immediate vicinity of the house.

The train station is 800 meters away and can be reached in less than ten minutes on foot. Chiavari offers all the services you may need: shops, bars, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, supermarkets and all within easy reach of the house. If you want to visit other places in the area, with short journeys by car or train you can reach the other towns of the Gulf of Tigullio, such as Santa Margherita and Portofino or continuing in the opposite direction pearls such as Sestri Levante, Moneglia, Levanto up to Cinque Terre, reachable in about an hour. The station is about 800 meters away, so you can easily park your car in the garage and move around the towns using the trains without having to worry about parking and fully enjoying your holiday. A favorite destination not only for sea lovers but this area of Liguria is also chosen by nature and trekking enthusiasts: in fact, kilometers of paths wind along the hills that reach the sea, offering enchanting panoramic views of the coast. Chiavari is also about 30 minutes from Genoa, the capital of the region of incredible beauty, and an hour and a half from Pisa, one of the most famous Italian cities in the world.
