It is available a room for ski storage and at the basement covered private parking. The apartment is located a few meters from the Clotes slope and the chair lift. Within 100 meters you will find several ski rentals, sports shops, ski schools, ticket offices and supermarkets. The location is extremely convenient for non-skiers as it is just a few meters from the center and from paths where you can take wonderful walks both in summer and winter season. The town is very welcoming, with several clubs, pubs, pastry shops, bakeries, restaurants, spas, pharmacy, cinema, a game room with billiards. Sauze d'Oulx nicknamed "The balcony of the Alps" thanks to its prime location dominating the Susa Valley, is one of the largest and most renowned ski resorts of the Vialattea area, the village set at an altitude of 1.510mt and at the foot of Mount Genevris (2.536mt) gives direct access to 212 ski runs in the area, equipped with 72 ski lifts and almost 400km of downhill slopes suitable for any skier. The slopes allow direct connections to all Vialattea districts: Sestriere, SanSicario, Cesana, Claviere and the French Montgenève.
