The apartment is located on the fourth floor of an elegant 1930s building. There is an elevator on the ground floor, and concierge service is available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The apartment is a spacious and bright three-room apartment with a bathroom and dressing room. Inside the apartment, there is a second bedroom where the owner lives. The living room, with a dining table, overlooks the kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, and microwave. Two changes of sheets and bath towels will be provided for guests. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower. A washing machine and dryer are available for guests' use.
The apartment is located between Lambrate and Città Studi. Given its proximity to the Politecnico di Milano (600 m) and the University of Milan (800 m), the neighborhood is mostly populated by university students. Pizzerias, bars, supermarkets, and pubs make the area lively but respectful of quiet hours. Tram lines 19 and 33 and bus lines 90 and 45 stop right outside the building. The nearest metro station is Lambrate (green line, M2), located 400 meters away. The Lambrate FS train station is also 400 meters away.
