Surrounded by a private garden, which offers a gazebo where you can relax outdoors and sun loungers to enjoy the sun in total tranquility, the apartment consists of two large double bedrooms, each equipped with spacious closets. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. The spacious dining room includes a table, sofa and LED TV (with digital terrestrial). A full bathroom with all amenities and a shower stall completes the facility. The balcony overlooks the indoor garden, creating a perfect corner to enjoy the fresh air. The apartment also has private parking for one/two cars. Guests will receive keys to the apartment, keys for manual gate entry and a remote control for automatic opening.
