Silvia was born and she always lived in Venice, she is passionate about art, history, music and economy. Despite in many years the things changed, her passions and love for the city did not fade. In 1995, she decided to combine her interests to create and build Veneziacentopercento company. Its intent it was to share with as many people as possible the atmosphere of a special and unique city, different from any other city in the world. She started with only one room, until today with over 20 different structures to manage. She decided to focus only on Sestiere Castello, where the ancient Serenissima settled. Mostly because it is possible to appreciate for real the truest daily life of its complex and delicate environment where water and earth have joined together… The staff priority and passion are focused on the attention of the guests, to help them to have an “one hundred percent” experience.

Lovely apartment in the Historical Center of Venice, Castello district .It is perfect for a convenient, romantic and peaceful stay in one of the most popular venetian zone. Located in characteristic building of XV and XVI century, few steps from the famous Via Garibaldi and the Biennale. The apartment has one bedroom with three beds (one double or twin and one single). This apartment type, perfect for a couple, is available for single use also. All our accommodations (apartments and rooms) are offered as simple temporary rentals with no service provided, as by Italian law (art. 27bis della L.R. Veneto 11/2013). According to this, it not possible to provide to our guests: cleaning service during the stay (only before and after), linens change, breakfast or other type of services typical of the hotels.

Neighbourhood information

Supermarket, bars, restaurants and every kind of shops nearby. Few steps from the waterbus stop, it is easy to reach the best highlight point of interest in the downtown San Marco Square, the Biennale, Rialto Bridge, the beach of Lido etc. Train station, bus/car terminal, main car parking of Venice and the airport are well connected.
