Villa Aruch features 13 design apartments. The property is only 1.2 km from Florence Peretola Airport, and 700 metres from the A1 and A11 motorways. Each apartment is unique, and features free Wi-Fi and an HD TV. The property is well connected to the city centre by bus or tram. The University of Novoli and the Careggi Hospital are within a 1.5 km radius. On site parking is free. All the apartments are completely different from each other, and come with parquet floors, coffee machine, and air conditioning. There is a common room at the first floor of the villa, and a big garden outside for relaxing.
