The wonderful Villa Carolina is located in the midst of Val Gardena, the heart of the Dolomites. In a central, yet quiet place in Selva, the Villa Carolina combines the luxury of privacy and a fantastic view with the comfort of being very near to the various ski slopes (100m) and cable cars (400m) . The newly built villa has 5 bedrooms and 3 floors. The ground and the first floor have 3 and 2 bedrooms respectively as well as a living area. The bottom floor offers a very spacious entertainment room, gym, dining area, bar and cinema. For the wellbeing of our guests, we also included a private sauna in the ground floor as well as a large jacuzzi, which is located in the backyard and boasts a spectacular view of the majestic Sassolungo and Sella mountains. We took special care in using only top-notch materials from local suppliers, creating a wonderful atmosphere that resembles everything you might desire from the mountain villa of your dreams.

For passionate skiers, there is no better home than the Villa Carolina. Directly from the villa, you can reach the Col Raiser cable car and train in not even 2 minutes of driving (400m) and take on the world-famous Sellaronda, which offers over 1.200km of ski slopes. On top, the renown world cup slope Saslong, which also takes you to the Sellaronda, is also located only 2 minutes (500m) of driving from the house. The best part has yet to come: on your way home, you will be able to ski right to the Villa Carolina, as the Plan da Tieja slope will take you 100m from your doorstep.
