As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure. The house heating is 60 Euros per day, payable directly to the owner. The jacuzzi is usually heated by sunlight. If guests want a higher temperature it can be heated up to 40 degrees with pellets and the cost is 25 Euros per day. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of 35 eur per day, payable directly to the owner. Advance notice of a few days is required. This service must be requested several days prior to arrival. The tax amount is set at 1 Euro per night per person. The tax is payable for up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights. Children under 14 years old are exempt from this tax. This is paid upon arrival to the local agent.
