Casale Silvia is located in the Umbrian countryside and has 3 independent accommodations-the main building and two annexes-rented as a whole.The main building has 2 floors, with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.On the ground floor is a living room, kitchen and dining room, and family W/C. From the dining room, a wooden staircase leads upstairs to a second kitchen on the first floor with direct access to the garden.On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms with A/C and en suite bathrooms with showers,and 1 twin bedroom with A/C and en suite bathroom with shower. The first annex has 2 A/C bedrooms with separate entrances.1 twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure. The house heating is set at 40 Euros per day, paid directly to the owner on arrival. The tax amount is set at 2 Euros per person for the whole stay after the second night. Children under 14 years old are exempt from this tax. This is paid upon arrival in the local agent
