Company information

I have a degree in Marine Environmental Sciences and believe in the need for eco-sustainable tourism. My family and I manage Villa Caterina, paying close attention to water, detergent, and electricity consumption. The house is equipped with systems to reduce their consumption. No harmful substances are used in the garden and surrounding olive grove, respecting the natural balance. I have participated in athletics. Athletics is an excellent way of life that teaches respect and fairness. I consider those who choose to stay at Villa Caterina to be guests of a family home, not guests of a small hotel.

Property information

Villa Caterina is a farmhouse that, during its renovation, has retained all the characteristics of a Ligurian country house. The thick walls, slate roofs and doorsteps, wrought iron railings, and artisan-built windows and wooden shutters are reminiscent of our traditions. The furnishings are simple, reflecting the traditional furnishings. The garden completely surrounds the house, and the various levels are constructed with exposed stone walls adapted to the unique shape of the hill. The many windows allow guests to experience this home in direct contact with the beautiful nature of our area. You will have RESERVED PARKING and a PASS for free parking at the train station and in the town center.

Villa Caterina is particularly known for its tranquility and lush greenery. Nearby are the coastal towns from Portovenere to the Cinque Terre, Levanto with its beach and valley dotted with trails and small medieval villages, Bonassola and Framura, all connected by a cycle and pedestrian path. Inland, the beautiful and verdant Vara Valley with its organic farms.
