Country Villa on the Tuscan Maritime Hills consisting of 2 apartments which can be rented individually, the Ground Floor has 6 beds, the First Floor 4 beds, or to enjoy greater exclusivity, the villa can be rented as a whole for a total of up to 10 beds. If you rent 1 single apartment it is possible, especially in high season (July and August), to have to share the swimming pool with the guests of the other apartment. The entire building dates back to the 1920s, was renovated in 2008 and improved on a structural level in 2023. Both apartments have large terraces overlooking the hills and the stretch of Etruscan coast. Private parking for guests in front of the house, garden with swimming pool at the back of the house: The swimming pool for safety reasons has a height of 1 m. Both apartments are equipped with free wifi, TV, kitchen with fridge and dishwasher, portable floor fans (there is no air conditioning system, but it is enough to follow the normal rules of Mediterranean education to keep the house cool and ventilated, even in the event of exceptional heat waves). The apartments are furnished with a mix of modern and antique furniture, real gems for experts, such as the double bed on the ground floor. It is an original wrought iron bed from the early 1800s with mother-of-pearl inlays and floral engravings. The bed bases and mattresses are of modern workmanship. I decided to share my passion for antiques with my guests, nurturing the trust in the care of beautiful and precious things. For health reasons, no condiments such as salt and oil are provided in the kitchen, nor are personal cleaning products. Upon arrival, the guest will find essential kitchen linen such as tea towels (2), rubber tablecloth to protect the table, cotton tablecloth to protect the tables, oven gloves (2), dishes, pots and pans, and essential bed linen: pillows, pillow covers, mattress covers. Bath towel sets and bed linen sets can be rented at the facility or brought personally.
