The Val di Noto District, where the property is located, is rich in nature, art, history and culture that belongs to an older past. The city of Noto, a UNESCO heritage site, is a typical and highly preserved example of Sicilian baroque. Noto is well serviced, offering visitors typical restaurants, elegant bars, events, walking streets crossing the city with local shops all year long. Nearby cities include Syracuse, Modica, Ragusa and Scicli. A 20 minute drive south, is the famous stunning Natural reserve, Vendicari Oasis. Acres of wild land give breathtaking landscapes of vegetation that open to the Mediterranean crystal clear sea and golden sand beaches. Also, Marzamemi, well known for its picturesque village, is only a 25 minute drive from the property.
