This apartment is perfect for spending a pleasant relaxing holiday, the terrace will allow you to eat in the open air and listen to the pleasant sounds of the woods. Trees offer shelter from the heat in summer: shade and fresh air is the best thing you could wish for after a hot day at the beach! The apartment is located in Bibione Lido del Sole, a very quiet and well-served area. The closest beach to the apartment is a 7-minute walk away and is equipped with umbrellas, showers, bars, children's games and numerous beach volleyball courts, a meeting point for many kids in the area. The apartment is surrounded by the greenery of the pine forest which will offer you shade and shelter from the heat in the summer months. The area is perfect for spending a relaxing holiday in contact with nature, but supermarkets and restaurants are still just a few minutes' walk away. Villa Giorgio 4 and 2 are two independent apartments located on the first floor of Villa Giorgio, Villa Giorgio 1 is located on the ground floor. All spaces, including the terraces, are private with the exception of the communal garden which serves all the apartments. All apartments can be booked on Booking. Guests will receive a link to self-check in a few days before the start of their stay. They will also receive a guide with restaurant recommendations and other useful things.

The neighborhood is very quiet, there are other apartments that are rented to tourists and other houses that are used by locals, but the houses are far from each other to ensure privacy and relaxation. The only noises you will hear most of the time are the numerous birds that live in the trees of the garden and the pine forest. Services such as restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, pizzerias and newsagents are just a few minutes away on foot, as is the beach which can be reached in 5-7 minutes on foot or 1-2 minutes by bicycle.
