Set in a 17th-century olive press, Villa Il Frantoio and Lilmar offers an outdoor swimming pool with sun terrace and spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea, Positano, and Capri Island. All rooms have a sea-view balcony or terrace.
The guest rooms and suites all feature colourful marble floors. Each room is air-conditioned and has Sky TV and Wi-Fi access. An independent house is also available.
Just a short walk from the centre of Vettica Maggiore, the family-run Il Frantoio is set in a pedestrian-only area. The nearest parking is reached via a staircase of about 55 steps.
Boat tours around Capri can be arranged at an extra charge.

Enjoy one of the most spectacular views of the Amalfi Coast at Villa Il Frantoio, an ancient olive press that is now a charming first class bed and breakfast featuring a incredible pool with a large solarium for its guests equipped with plenty of sun beds, parasols in a peaceful location with a stunning view over the Mediterranean sea, Positano and Capri.

We are in the village center. You can walk to the villa starting from the above Via Costantinopoli where you will easily find parking, paying a small fee at the parking machine. Then descent about only 70 stairs and walking 150 meters. We have luggage lockers along the road where you can drop your bags and walk to us only with small belongings; we will take care of transporting those to the villa
You can walk down to the village center using the direct ramp of stairs from our gate. You reach it in a few minutes' walk down. The village has many restaurants from economical to exclusive ones, typical and international cuisine (yet most only serve our typical Italian cuisine). Bars for a cappuccino and coffee or gelato are at there too. The beach of La Gavitella is at 15 minutes walk down. Marina di Praia is at 2 kms. Positano is at 20 minutes' drive or by bus. Amalfi about 30 minutes drive or by bus. You can get to Capri either from the port of Positano or with a private tour from Praiano. We also have a boat you can rent for yourself, for a large group.
