Check-in time is between 17:00 and 20:00, after 20:00 check-in is subject to availability and at an additional euro40, after 22:00 euro80. Upon arrival, guests' documents will be taken to send them to the Italian State Police and the lease agreement will be signed, these are two obligations under Italian law. The city tax of euro 1,00 per person per night is not included in the price.

Villa Kòsmos is a fantastic villa with swimming pool in the most famous destination of Southern Sardinia, Villasimius. Villa Kòsmos, as from the Greek word that gives it its name, combines the concepts of order, harmony and beauty thanks to the interconnection between the internal and external spaces and the privileged position. The villa is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the generous shaded outdoor spaces and the swimming pool with hydromassage Inside Villa Kòsmos we find a large and bright open space living room with pool view and fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two of which are double and one with a queen-size bed, two complete bathrooms with shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating with heat pump. Outside we find a large garden furnished with comfortable automatic shading pergolas that surround the villa to enjoy the outdoor spaces in any weather condition, with tables and barbecues for outdoor dining and outdoor lounges for outdoor relaxation. The pergolas, equipped with a LED lighting system, make the outdoor spaces perfectly liveable even in the evening. There are also large solarium terraces, also excellent for an aperitif at sunset. The pool is heated, equipped with a hydromassage system. The convenient parking spaces inside the property complete the outdoor spaces. The villa is equipped with a surveillance system with cameras exclusively in the external areas. Bath towel bed linen are included and equipped with sanitization certification.

Villa Kòsmos is born in Villasimius, principal locality in the South East of the island, very close to the Simius beach, easily reachable in 10 minutes walk, and Porto Giunco, with its iconic tower and all Notteri's area where you can admire the pink flamingos. In few minutes it's possible to reach the center of Villasimius village, full of cocktail bars, restaurants, and a wonderfull street,closed to the traffic in the evening, with all the shops opened 'till late. From the villa it is possible to visit all the other wonderful beaches of the area in couple of minues by car, like Punta MOlentis, Cala Caterina, Porto Sa Ruxi, Cala Pira, Cala Sinzias, or book a boat tripin the Marina area of Capo Carbonara, or a golf match at the Tanka Golf. In the more interesting closer activities, you can find the Diving Center, where you will have the possibility to do diving in the Protected Marina Area. Villa Kòsmos is very near to the bus stop " O in Via degli Asparagi-Via delle Mimose" of the Villasimius Summer Bus.
