Property for exclusive use The villa has a 15,000 sq.m. park, and a pool, with Roman stairs and purified with chlorine (7 metres by 14), solarium area, outdoor shower and 2 wooden pergolas for relaxing. There is a modern outbuilding in front of the pool, with a small bathroom, sofas and a TV on 1 floor. There are also children’s games: ping pong table, table football and a swing. The property has a large dining room on the gr. floor with TV and outdoor access, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with bathroom with shower (2 of these bathrooms are suitable for the disabled), 1 single bedroom with French bed (150cm) with bathroom with shower, 2 more small bathrooms. On the 1st floor there are 3 double bedrooms with bathroom with shower, 5 single bedrooms with French beds and bathroom with shower, one with private terrace. There is also a washing room. Every room has a safe, and 4 of the upstairs bedrooms have a ceiling fan. The double beds can be separated on request. The price includes weekly linen change, air conditioning in the bedrooms and common areas. Upon request and to be paid for at the property are hired help, a cook, breakfast products. A maximum of 2 small pets are permitted (not allowed in the pool).

Activities and Distances The villa is on a hill which overlooks the valley of the Arno river, not far from the town of Soci with grocery stores and a supermarket. The owner of the property runs a restaurant in the town square. Hiking and outing lovers can enjoy the various trails in the huge, ancient woods in the Casentino park, in Santuari della Verna, Camaldoli or the Idoli lake, the source of the river Arno. Arezzo and Cortona are both easy to get to by car, and Siena and Florence are not too far away. 1.5 Soci (groceries), 5 km golf, stables and tennis, 38 km Arezzo (antique market), 65 km Florence and Cortona, 97 km Siena.
