The house is located in the earth of the Amalfi Coast, in the fishing village Conca dei Marini, between Amalfi and Positano. The house is in a private park and has a magnificent sea view that can be enjoyed directly from the living room, which opens with a large window on the splendid terrace that overlooks the Gulf of Salerno. The large terrace is protected by a pergola always in bloom in the spring-summer period with pink bougainvillea. The house is very bright and completely immersed in the green of the garden of the Residence San Pancrazio, consisting of 25 Mediterranean-style villas each with its own independent entrance, set on the Vreca tip, immediately above the norman tower that marks the Cape of Conca dei Marini. The residence is a successful 70s architectural intervention in which the architecture, made up of small white houses blends perfectly with the Mediterranean maquis. Inside the residence there are stone paved paths, stairways that connect the houses and small rest areas marked by low walls in which children find the ideal place to meet and play.The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility because can only be reached by stairs. From the house you can access one of the most suggestive BEACHES of the coast without the need of car, just going down about 300 steps, comfortable and interspersed with straights, enjoying a unique view of nature and architecture. The beaches are free and served by typical restaurants hire sun loungers and umbrellas at reasonable prices, water-taxis, boats, canoes. At 100 meters from the entrance of residence, on the highway 163 Costiera Amalfitana, there is a public SITA BUS stop that can take you to AMALFI, 4 km. POSITANO, 14 km and SORRENTO 28 km. It is recomended using SITA buses in high season better early in the morning, because they can be crowded. It is also recomended, if you don'have a car, moving by motorcycle (you can rent it in the village), boats, hydrofoils ect.

I am architect and I just started renting my family holidays house in some periods when I don't use it. I live in Florence. I come from a family where hospitality is tradition. The residence is located in a very quiet area, far from the most crowded places (Amalfi and Positano).Those who love walking along the ancient paths will be able to enjoy the suggestive views of the coast. You will make self check-in while I am always available on phone by whatsapp for any doubt or need. In the residence there is always a caretaker for any need. In the house you will find a manual with detailed instructions on the use of the equipment and furnishings and with indications for the beaches, paths, restaurants, transport and useful numbers. The municipal paiyng parking (30 euro a day) is situated in front of second entrance of residence. You can also park, only in low season, in few free spaces along the Amalfi drive, wich are residence's property.

The residence is surrounded by greenery, in a very quiet area where you can take beautiful walks on foot. From the house you can directly reach, in about 10 min, the old fishing village and the beaches walking along an ancient pedestrian path made up of stairs (300 steps), stone paved paths and ancient buildings. The nearest supermarket is located in the upper part of the town and can be reached by car (800 meters from the house) or on foot up the stairs uphill (about 15 min walking-350 steps). The bus stop, wich connect Conca with Amalfi (10 minutes) and Positano (25 minutes), is situated few minutes from the house along the Amalfi Drive. Amalfi is also well connected with Capri and Positano by frequent boats. .If you love to walk there are beautiful and panoramic paths: the "Paths of Gods" from Agerola to Positano, the "Valley of Mills" in Amalfi etc. You can also reach archeologic areas: Pompei and Vesuvio area in about 1 hour; Paestum in about 2 hours. The local tax is charged to guests and must be paid separately at the check-in to the owner or to the municipality and it is indicated on the acceptation.
