Property for exclusive use Villa for 15 persons with 7 double bedrooms, a single room with sofa bed and 3 bathrooms. The villa is in a large park with a bio-design swimming pool (8 metres by 5 with a depth of 1.5 m) has an “8” shape and features hydromassage. The garden is completely fenced-in with metal mesh. There is also a furnished veranda for outdoor meals, a large terrace, barbecue, WiFi, satellite TV, central heating and parking. The first floor and attic bedrooms all have air conditioning, except for the single bedroom. The house is on two floors plus an attic, with outdoor and indoor staircases. The gr.floor features a living room with sofas, satellite TV and complete with thermo fireplace, piano and games table. Next door is the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen. This floor also has a double bedroom, a bathroom with massaging shower, a room with a second fridge, a washing room with dryer. The living room has a marble staircase leading up to the first floor. Here guests will find 3 double bedrooms, 1 single with sofa bed, 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower. The attic has 2 more bedrooms, 1 with two beds, a bathroom with shower. Important information: Swimming pool open from April 1st to October 15th. HEATING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE (1,5 EUR/LITER)

Activities and Distances The property is well-located, only 10 km from motorways leading to Tuscany’s most important art cities, such as Pistoia, Pisa, Lucca or Florence. Collodi is perfect for children with its Pinocchio theme park, and the thermal springs of Montecatini are also just a few kilometres away. The beaches of Versilia and Pisa airport are less than an hour’s drive away. 4 km Cantagrilo (restaurants, bars, minimarket), 7 km Pistoia, 15 km Montecatini Terme (thermal springs), 44 km Florence, 50 km Lucca, 65 km Pisa.
