Villa Nocri is an exclusive private Villa equipped with an infinity pool perfect for family holidays or with friends. Isolated but equipped with every comfort and immersed in a big private yard and forest with olive trees, woods and even our own theater! The house is on two floors and it also has a huge bathroom with sauna for a perfect relax. To get to the house you have to go through a narrow road so make sure you look at the pictures!!. You gotta be adventurous!! The house would be all yours and you will not share it. We of course accept animals and we have a fee of 25 Euros per animal per stay that you can pay cash on the day so always let us know if you will bring pets.

We are a happy family passionate about nature, Music, Filmmaking and dance and we enjoyed renovating this mansion originating from the 1500. We continue to improve it every year and we have just renovated the swimming pool. We are always available and live in Terni, the nearby major city.

The place is located in Umbria, one of the most beautiful regions in italy with its mountains and hills. At 3 km from Montefranco and 15km from Terni and Spoleto it has a unique location near the Marmore waterfall (Highest falls in Europe) in a panoramic position with a swimming pool with a panoramic view.
