Villa Nuba charming villa-apartments rental is at only about 15 minutes walking distance to medieval center of Perugia ( just one km and half) and to the University for Foreigners and at the same time in the countryside in the top of a lovely, grean Umbrian hill! ABOUT del Perugino charming villa- apartment 4+2 bedplaces apartment, 80sm total Perugino apartment with two full bathroom Three-room apartment consisting of: Large living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, Fully furnished kitchen ,Double bedroom (divisible into two beds if necessary) a second double bedroom BOTH with TOP QUALITY MATTRESS with thousand springs and memory foam system, height of 30 cm; EXCLUSIVE romantic ceiling: during the day a normal white ceiling … at night the ceiling will fill with thousands of romantic stars and constellation,one large bathroom with stand up shower and Jacuzzi bath, a secon bathroom with wide shower. Finally a full furnished private patio. FROM OCTOBER TO APRIL the only EXTRA COST AND ON REQUEST is fire wood for the romantic fire place in the living room after the wood for the first ignition already included. FROM MAY TO SEPTEMBER the only EXTRA COST AND ONLY ON REQUEST is the activation of the indpendent AC system . By the way there are free fans in each room.
