The rectangular pool with access from the staircase is 1.2-2.5 m deep, has clear, welcoming waters and a large sun terrace with sun loungers and natural shade from the trees. The kitchen located in the large living area of the villa is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, large 4 ring hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer. In the kitchen there are plenty of plates, glasses, pots and pans for cooking during the holidays. On the ground floor, next to the open plan lounge is a full bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and window for natural light.
