Ideal for families or couples who decide to spend their holiday relaxing, Villa Paolo is a beautiful ground floor apartment that is part of a two-apartment structure surrounded by a private garden and private pool with views of the mountains and the sea. The house consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, living area with sofa bed, two bathrooms with with shower cubicle wc and bidet, a kitchen equipped with everything you need and also a gym area. Outside, a large courtyard with sea and mountain views, private parking and swimming pool with solarium. The property is air-conditioned and there is free WIFI. Visiting the area by car or motorbike is strongly recommended due to the lack of public transport.

The Marina of Tertenia is perfect for families or couples who want to spend a relaxing holiday. The coast is characterized by a great variety of landscapes, from cliffs overlooking the sea, to pebble beaches, to coastal hiking trails. The area has two main beaches with fine sand and shallow waters: Foxi Manna and Foxi Murdegu. In the area, you can find kiosks that offer food service by the sea, restaurants, pizzerias, and two supermarkets. The main village of Tertenia is 10/15 minutes by car and here you will find all the remaining services such as ATM, gas station, post office, and additional restaurants and supermarkets.
