La Villa is surrounded by 20 ha of land with oaks, almond and olives trees, ideal for couples or families in search of quiet and beautyful ample green spaces and discover the rural inner Sicily. Placed at 2 km distance from the arab-normann town of Nicosia and 6 km from the enchanting village of Sperlinga, known for its castle.
