The hills surrounding the house are rich in medieval villages, castles, and wineries producing excellent Piacenza wines. In particular, the Trebbia Valley, one of the four valleys of the hills, is home to some of the most beautiful villages in Italy. A cat lives in the villa’s garden and is used to roaming the outdoor spaces. The villa is reached via about one kilometer of unpaved road, accessible to all cars, but to be driven with care and attention. The large windows of the living area will immerse you in the landscape. The ground floor has two wings: on one side, the kitchen and dining room connected to the outside with a barbecue and porch for dining; on the other, the sleeping area with a double bedroom and bathroom. Stairs lead to the first floor: above the kitchen a large living room, and on the other side 3 bedrooms (split-level stairs) with bathrooms. In the garden, next to the stream, is the annexe with a bedroom and bathroom. One staircase has no handrail.
