Villa Regina è una bellissima villa di nuovissima costruzione, molto moderna e composta da una camera matrimoniale e una camera con 2 letti singoli, un bagno con doccia e una cucina superaccessoriata con lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno frigo, forno a microonde e macchina per il caffè, dove si trova un tavolo allungabile con 8 sedie e un divano posizionato di fronte alla TV e visionabile anche dal tavolo da pranzo. Sulla veranda spaziosissima di 120 metri è disposto un tavolo per esterno allungabile fino a 2,20 metri con sedie e un divano a 5 posti. Sul retro c'è un BBQ attrezzato, per poter fare delle grigliate. La vera chicca è il fatto che la Villa si trova a 5 minuti dal mare e da Marzamemi e che è tutta recintata, chiusa da un cancello e immersa in mezzo tra alberi mandorli, ulivi, fichi e altri alberi da frutto.
