All the apartment is equipped with air conditioning (both for summer and winter), Wi-Fi (internet) and SMART TV (with digital system, satellite system and internet connection - NETFLIX).

Neighbourhood information

Villa Rosa is located in Naples (west area of the city) in a quiet neighborhood by the sea. Nearby the villa it is possible to find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and several shops of all kinds. The center of Naples can be easly reached in 15 minutes both by subway (line 2) or by the Cumana railway, whose stations are located 200 meters and 400 meters from Villa Rosa, respectively. By the Cumana railway it is possible to reach in few minutes also the archaeological sites of Pozzuoli and Baia, the port of Pozzuoli (bording for Ischia and Procida islands) and some other seaside areas on the coast.
