Hot water is provided through eco-friendly solar panels, reflecting our commitment to sustainability. Outside, you’ll find a large patio perfect for al fresco dining, surrounded by a 6,000 m² private pine forest. The house includes air conditioning in the master bedroom and a fan in the living area, though the traditional stone structure and vaulted ceilings naturally maintain a pleasant indoor temperature.
