Property information

Villa Tiziana is a brand new semi-detached house in Pizzo, Calabria, tastefully furnished and very close to the beach. There are two swimming pools, one for adults (180mq - 10x15) and one for children (70mq), as well as tennis courts shared with the other owners of the residence. The outdoor area, with night lighting, includes a large paved garden at the entrance of the villa with a play area with basketball hoop and an open terrace equipped with two sofas and a small table. At the rear of the villa, accessible from the living room, there is a veranda equipped with an outdoor dining table and a garden with sofas, a sun umbrella, an outdoor shower, a barbecue and sun loungers. Some bicycles will be available to guests, free of charge, during their stay.
