The villa is located in Valcanneto, 5 minutes by car from the beaches of Marina di San Nicola, 20 minutes from Lake Bracciano and 30 minutes from Rome. The villa offers the first floor, which consists of 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms, one with a large balcony with private bathroom and a kitchen with balcony. There is also a large garden with a barbeque area. Nearby there are farmhouses where you can eat local products.
